Welcome to our three-story, riverfront haven – an exclusive retreat for relaxation and quality time with your family and friends. This private oasis boasts abundant outdoor spaces, including a hot tub, spacious patio, riverbank swings, and a large deck. Choose between a propane or charcoal grill to prepare delightful meals for your family, with plenty of seating available to either spread out or cozy up. The home comfortably accommodates 15 people, and we gladly extend our hospitality to larger groups and events for an additional fee.
The entrance is located on the second floor, which is the main floor featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, and a welcoming living room. Ascend to the upper level, where you'll find one bedroom, one bathroom, and a generously sized area encompassing a kitchenette, dining space, living room, and a dedicated game area.
Ensuring your safety and peace of mind, external security cameras monitoring the driveway, deck, and lower level garage doors, and a video doorbell are installed around the home.

Aurora, Indiana is a charming historic river town. The town is known for its spires (an architectural design of elongated towers). The 19th century buildings are known for their beauty, creativity, and details. We are a short walk from the Historic District. The Dearborn Trail begins at the end of our driveway.
Guest Access
The entrance is located on the second level and requires climbing stairs. Guest will have access to the home and one acre lot. Guests will have access to only half of the garage to access bikes and kayaks.

Rollin’ on the River was a perfect locale for our family’s getaway. The grands had fun swinging, riding bikes, playing games, watching all of the barges and boats go by and nightly bonfires. Adults enjoyed an outing to nearby Third & Main restaurant, the relaxing environment and pretty views, a perfect view of a firework show across the river and enjoying good company in a space big enough to accommodate everyone. Samantha was quick to respond with small needs and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. There was something for everyone and are grateful to have enjoyed a weekend there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Samantha’s place. The house was perfect for our multi family vacation. We came specifically to go to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. It was a nice location to access both. We especially enjoyed the second floors “apartment” style. It was very helpful for our family of many young kiddos, so the grandparents could get plenty of rest downstairs!

Samantha's place was amazing with a gorgeous view. The kitchen had all amenities, the place was big enough for 11 people, and the hot tub was a bonus! We had tons of fun watching movies and playing board games. Would definitely recommend this place as a fun get away. She was very prompt with her messages too and provided clear guidances whenever we had any questions. We will definitely be back!

Although we didn't get to stay at the house for very long, Samantha communicated great with us during the short time we were there. Was very understanding, and responsive to our needs. She went above and beyond. The house was exactly as described and we do look forward to rebooking with Samantha in the spring!

We had a great time at Rollin on the River!
Samantha was an amazing host. She checked in with us through messages once a day, & she was very responsive when we had a couple of questions about the location.
We were in town to ski at Perfect North Slopes. The location was perfect for us, & the view was amazing.
When we arrived, it was night time & snowing very hard! Before arriving, someone had cleared the driveway, sidewalk, & walkway to the door. We really appreciated that since we couldn’t see super well, due to the hard snow.
The house had everything we needed & more. The furniture was comfortable, there were plenty of games, the WiFi worked well, & there was plenty to cook with. We used the grill with no problems.
A couple of days before arriving, Samantha messaged saying that the hot tub wasn’t working properly, but she was willing to compensate appropriately. Also, the shower in the main bathroom never got hot, but there were plenty of bathrooms so it didn’t affect our stay.

If you need local transportation you can use Uber or Lyft. Although these services are available in Aurora, a driver may not be available at all times and these services can be expensive. We recommend that you rent a vehicle for your pleasure.
