Samantha was awesome…very friendly, always responsive when I asked questions…she was right on top of everything. Very accommodating…we needed a later check out and she didn’t hesitate to help us by allowing a later time, house was amazing, with bikes to ride, hot tub, peaceful and beautiful surroundings and. Not far from town where all major stores and restaurants are. House was kept very well and everything we needed to cook, clean, wash with. Plenty of sleeping arrangements and space. All I can say is…if you don’t wanna take my word for it…see it for yourself. Thank you again Mrs Samantha

My family of 11 stayed here while we visited the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. So homey feeling! We love the location beside the Ohio River. The bikes and walking trail in front of the house were so fun! The house was clean, had all the things we needed, and was easy to check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again!

Samantha was a wonderful hostess! The house was even more beautiful than the pictures indicated, and Samantha thought of everything, including nightlights in each of the rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, crockpots, pots/ pans, and even 2 kinds of coffee makers. There was plenty of room for our family of 9 to move around, and my mother-in-law was able to use the chair lift to help her up the stairs. Samantha promptly responded any time we had a question or concern. The location of the house was amazing, and we could watch the barges and ships go up and down the Ohio River. Our children woke us up early on Saturday, which allowed us to watch the sun rise over the Ohio River, which was a truly remarkable sight. Across the street was a paved walking path along the river, a Vietnam memorial helicopter, and a large playground/ park. Nearby was the beautiful Veraestau historical home. Overall, our stay was a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back again!!

We were in town for a family reunion. This was the perfect location and space for us to stay. The house provided lots of room and front and back decks to be outside. The view of the Ohio River was spectacular. The house was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The 3 1/2 bathrooms had plenty of towels plus shower gel and body lotion. We were bummed not to have time to enjoy the hot tub or bicycles that were available. Next time!

If you find yourself in Aurora, book Samantha’s place. It is in a great walkable location and has a great view of the River. The house is well appointed and very comfortable for 2 families. Highly recommend!

Samantha's place suited our family reunion to a "T". The back deck was a surprise treasure. Three floors allowed the group to spread out and enjoy their own space. The open kitchen and living area was a favorite gathing place and great memories were made. I highly recommend staying with Samantha for excellent accommodations.

This place was amazing! The location couldn't be better, it's close enough to all sorts of attractions, but far enough away that it was quiet and restful. The decks were so cool, with a hot tub, outdoor seating and patio lights. Definitely recommend this place for anyone passing through the Aurora area.

10/10 stay, would book again in a heartbeat! Beautiful and clean space, exactly as pictured. Samantha had an amazingly helpful binder with all the house info and recommendations- we ate at two of the restaurants and were so pleased with both. I came with friends for a girls night out/off and couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy our time together.

Was grateful to Samantha for opening her home! We had 3 families on spring break taking advantage of the location - we did local hikes, skipped rocks on the Ohio River, went to the Ark Encounter, the Cincinnati zoo, and more. We cooked all our meals at home and everything was as expected. The 3-tiered deck would be a dream to enjoy in warmer weather!

We had a great time here! The house was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed to make meals for our group! The hot tub was clean, the space was more than what we needed, and everyone was happy and comfortable. Made a great stay for our skiing trip!
